garrisonAundrea Denise Garrison, affectionately known as “Andi” by her family and friends acquired her nickname from her brother Troy; as a toddler he could not quite pronounce her name correctly. Andi was born to Olivia and Arthur “A.C.” Garrison on December 7, 1963 in San Diego, California. To celebrate this beautiful new life, Aundrea’s parents had her Christian at birth at Bethel A.M.E. She was an excellent student throughout her educational years. Upon graduation from high school, Andi enrolled at the San Diego Medical & Dental College, earning her Medical Assistant Degree. She was employed as an in-home care employee. She loved and enjoyed taking care of others. She was a credit to her profession. Andi loved family outings, birthdays, assisting in the care of her niece and nephew and anyone else who called upon her assistance. She really cherished the quality time spent with her family and her friends. Andi enjoyed going with her mother to pick up her nephew, Troy Jr. on his half day of school and her niece, Alondra from her school. They would then go to Home Town Buffet for lunch or to McDonalds. She loved shopping and lunch dates with her niece and nephew. They dearly loved her and she knew it. Andi will always be remembered for her beautiful nature and her infectious smile that would light up her whole face and her forgiving heart. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
