It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Eugene Moore, also affectionately known as Gene, who was born on April 5, 1940, and left us peacefully on December 14, 2025. His life and memories will be celebrated on Monday, December 29, 2025, at the Greater Trinity Baptist Church, 3146 Ocean View Boulevard, 121, San Diego, California. The viewing will begin at 10:00 am PST, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am PST. The entombment will take place at the Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave at South 40th Street, San Diego, California, at 1:00 pm PST. All services are under the direction of Parting Destiny Funeral Home.
