Families and children came together for a fun and exciting day at El Toyon Park in National City on April 4th at 12 noon for the 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Prevail Gifts and Creations. The event was made possible with the help of Nebo’s Soul Food, Baby Girl Snow Cones, and Snazzy’s Treats.
The park was full of energy as kids lined up to take part in not just one, but three different Easter egg hunts. Children ran across the grass collecting colorful eggs while parents cheered them on. Many families stayed throughout the day to enjoy all the activities that were offered.
There was something for everyone to enjoy. Guests were treated to free food, drinks, and desserts, which brought people together to relax and connect. Kids also had the chance to get creative at the egg coloring station and have their faces painted in bright, fun designs.
There were also raffles that added excitement, giving families a chance to win prizes. Another favorite moment for many was taking pictures with the Easter Bunny, creating memories that will last long after the day ended.
The event created a strong sense of community and gave families a safe and welcoming place to celebrate together. It was clear that a lot of effort went into making sure everyone had a good time.
As the first event of its kind, it set a positive tone for future gatherings and showed what can happen when local businesses and organizations work together.
