The spirit of celebration and reverence filled City of Praise on March 29, 2026, as the congregation gathered for its Palm Sunday concert, “Make Way for the King.” Located on Campo Road in Spring Valley, the church came alive with a six-song selection that had attendees on their feet, clapping and immersed in worship.

Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Stephen M. Brunson and Co-Pastor Angela M. Brunson, the choir delivered a powerful musical experience that resonated throughout the sanctuary. Each note carried a sense of purpose, drawing the audience into a shared moment of faith and reflection.

“Today’s Palm Sunday concert was more than just music, it was a moment of worship, unity, and reflection,” Bishop Brunson said. “Our choir poured their hearts into every note, and we’re grateful to share a message of hope with our community.”

As voices rose and hands clapped in unison, the event served as a reminder of the deeper meaning behind the season.

In a world that often feels divided, could moments like these be what bring communities closer together?
