On the last weekend before Christmas, the OG Sandbox non-profit worked their usual generosity for the community that they love and support. They could be seen at Neal Petties Park on Ocean View Blvd, hosting their annual community goodwill to kids toy giveaway.

“We just want to add a little joy and a gift or two to add to what they already have,” said OG Sandbox President, Aaron Gibson.

A long line of first-come-first-served recipients waited patiently, some more patient than others, staring at the tables full of presents. The excited youngsters were also treated to hot dogs and snacks to go along with their Barbie dolls and GI Joes.

“Did you see the smiles and the appreciation from the kids and their parents? That’s what makes this worth all the planning and all the logistics and issues that come with putting an event like this together,” shared President Gibson.

The staff and volunteers for the OG Sandbox would like to thank all their donors and supporters for all their big hearts, making this year a success.

Joy to the World and a Happy New Year!
