    * 2 dollar credit card fee is added with debit or credit card payments

IMPORTANT: To be included in our Thursday publication, we must receive your completed form and payment no later than Monday before noon. Before publishing your files we will review all information is correct. In case we need to verify your information you will be notified by us before publishing your files.

REMINDER: The county does not grant exceptions to the 45-day deadline for publishing Fictitious Business Name statements.
