obits-11-240003Joshua Adam Newsom was born on April 10, 1989 to the proud parents of John Newsom and Joyce M. Jones. As a young child Josh had love for many things but his innovative thinking always led Josh down his own path. Josh enjoyed drawing, cooking, and mastering any and every video game. He began his education at Nestor Elementary where he later on promoted to middle school where he discovered his love for comics and anime. He was a very spirited child and loved the holidays, especially Halloween, carrying on the tradition through the years. As a teenager Josh attended Morse High School where he received his High School Diploma. After graduating Joshua relocated to New Orleans where he adapted to the culture and lifestyle. Josh’s hard work and dedication allowed him to provide for himself. Joshua enjoyed working out, looking good, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Joshua’s charisma and outgoing personality caught the attention of everyone around him. His easy going and trustworthy spirit made him perfect to confide in and you could always come to him for advice. Joshua’s presence would brighten up your day even when you didn’t want to smile, you would. Joshua loved having a good time and being surrounded by friends. He was always the life of the party, there was never a dull moment when he was around. Joshua’s sense of humor and genuine smile will never be forgotten. Our Heavenly Father called Joshua home on October 30, 2016. His last breath here on Earth was his first breath in Heaven. To know Josh was to love Josh. He will always live on in our hearts.
