There were so many of you that joined our 54th Anniversary Celebration that we saw and did not have a chance to greet and thank, so we would like to continue that expression of appreciation here.
A very special thank you to our community organizations: the NAACP, The San Diego Urban League, the Black Contractors Association, the Black American Political Association of California, the Jackie Robinson YMCA, the Kevin Faulconer Campaign, the Harris Group, Neighborhood House Association, the George Stevens Fourth District Senior Center, and the many groups, individuals, and churches that pooled their resources to purchase tables to make this event possible. Again thank you to our sponsors UNION BANK, COX COMMUNICATIONS, WELLS FARGO, SYCUAN, SAN YSIDRO HEALTH CENTER, NEIGHBORHOOD HO– USE ASSOCIATION AND THE UNIFIED PORT OF SAN DIEGO.
We extend a very special thanks to the Market Creek Events and Venue component of the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation for not only hosting the event, but also participating in it. We look forward to doing this again next February and making this an annual celebration.
