The nonprofit organization Project New Village introduced a mobile market titled The People’s Produce in the last week of September. This new project on wheels certainly lives up to its tagline, “Bringing healthy, local produce direct to your neighborhood.” The organization’s goal is to make healthy choices accessible to all and ensure local growers are paid equitably.
The People Produce truck will make its way around San Diego throughout the week.
