Alphonso Russell Jr.

Alphonso Russell Jr. was born in Hugo Okla, Choctow County on Feb. 18, 1944 to Alphonso and Allie Russell. He was the 10th of twelve children, 4 girls and 8 boys. Al was baptized at the early age of 7yrs old and grew up in Sunday school and church. Al was very sincere and quiet person, but he always like to tell joke when he was with family, especially at family reunions which we had every 2yrs. Al graduated from Douglas Senior High school in Oklahoma City, Okla. As years passed he moved to Los Angeles, Ca. to help his brother Dillard in his dry cleaning business until he retired, Al loved to travel, he decided to move to San Diego and pursue a career in landscaping and hauling which he was very happy.
