We started in a backyard. Then to the slightly grassy yard area at 3007 Logan Avenue Fidelity Lodge #10, then we relocated to the MLK Jr Recreation Park on Skyline Drive when the JRYMCA was being renovated. Finally, we moved to the premier location of the Jackie Robinson YMCA, while Michael Brunker was the executive director, and with their amazing staff, including current director Anna Arancibia, the beautiful field stands out in Southeast San Diego.

On March 28th, 2026, another outstanding Easter Egg Eggtravaganza was showcased with an abundance of children collecting numerous brightly colored plastic eggs filled with candy, all while keeping a keen eye out for the golden egg, which would benefit them with an Easter basket or other surprise gifts. The children were smiling and enjoying the many activities that included: sack race contest, hula hoop contest, egg balance contest, cornhole contest, Connect 4 contest, face painting, a monster truck jumper, cake walk contest, peek-a-boo contest, and a bubble station contest.

Donations from various supporters include: Fidelity Lodge #10, San Diego Consistory #91, Azeem Temple #102, Charles T. Garrett #17, Ruth Chapter #11, Mount Moriah #4, James McElroy #3, and United Domestic Workers Union.
