Lorraine Martin was born June 30, 1939, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She wasn’t just a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister — she was the matriarch and root of our family tree. Her kindness, compassion, sense of humor, and nurturing spirit brought comfort and unity to her family.
While married to Travis Martin, she helped build the strong family foundation and legacy that continues today through their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Through every season of life, Lorraine carried herself with grace and strength, leaving behind a legacy rooted in love, perseverance, and family traditions that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
Lorraine passed away on May 4, 2026. As we prepare to lay her to rest, we honor her life, memory, and the lasting impact she made on all who loved her.
