Raymond Darnell Lipscomb II

Raymond Darnell Lipscomb, II, known to us all as “Dudey” was born November 23, 1988 in San Diego, California to Raymond and Sandra Lipscomb. Raymond was raised in National City, California. He received his formal education in the Sweetwater High School District attending Robert E. Lee and Lincoln Acres Elementary, Granger Jr. High and Sweetwater High School, graduating in 2006; He loved sports and played football, baseball, track and field and was an early stand out in wrestling. Ray was loved and admired by all in his inner circle. He was a brother, cousin, friend, and dreamer. He enjoyed being with family and friends and was a mentor to his young niece., Taya Selmon and nephew, Robert Selmon. Ray held several jobs; most recently a commercial landscaper. On April 12, 2016, Ray was called home. He was preceded in death by his only brother, Robert Selmon, Jr. and leaves to remember his life mother (Sandra Sebastian), step-father (Walter Sebastian), father (Raymond Lipscomb, Sr.), his heart and soul, son, (Harlem Lipscomb), girlfriend (Keyanna Ray), two sisters (Gladys Bowden and Melissa Lipscomb) grandmother (Joyce Burgess), 4 Nephews (Diante, Gary, Robert, Milton), 2 Nieces (Taya and Ashley), and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Dudey will be extremely missed, but never forgotten.
