Roland Wilson, 38, of San Diego, California, passed away on February 8, 2026.
Born on April 17, 1987, in San Diego, Roland was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend. He was known for his gentleness, humor, strength, and generosity. A true family man, Roland loved his family deeply and took great pride in caring for those he loved.
He is survived by his grandmother Leomia Wilson, his children; Coral Wilson and Roland Wilson Jr., his mother Sandra Wilson, his brothers; Leonde Wilson and Shelton Wilson, and the mother of his children Star Lemus.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Eddie Wilson, his cousin Deon Wilson, his great-aunt Melverta Gwyn, and his great-uncle Joseph Gwyn.
Roland will be remembered for his ability to balance fatherhood while lovingly caring for his grandmother. His presence brought joy and meaning to those who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
