oylee Smith was born on November 8, 1952 to Dorothy Allen in Fordyce, Arkansas. Roylee received his formal education at John Marshall Elementary School and Lincoln High School (Albuquerque, New Mexico). The family then relocated to San Diego, California.
Roylee was the ultimate Chargers fan. He loved the Blue and Gold like no other. Roylee also was an avid music lover.
On Wednesday, July 16, 2024, Roylee was ushered into eternal rest.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Allen and sister Barbara Allen.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sisters; Leola Allen, Shirley Allen, and Susan Lawrence (Michael), all of San Diego, CA, many nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives and friends that he loved and adored.
