- Encanto Recreation Center, 6508 Wunderlin Ave.
- Southcrest Recreation Center, 4149 Newton Ave.
People impacted by the severe storm and flooding on Jan. 22 are in need of the items listed below. We can not accept any clothing donations.

PREPARE FOR MONDAY’S STORM
Now is not the time to remove your sandbags.
The National Weather Service tells us that we can expect a potentially extremely heavy rainfall starting on Monday and carrying on into Tuesda
With that forecast, I’m asking San Diegans in flood-prone areas to remain vigilant and to prepare for next weeK. I want to urge all San Diegans to take action now to prepare.
Sandbags and sand will be available at 11 City recreation centers from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until the rain subsides:
- Council District 1 - Pacific Beach Recreation Center, 1405 Diamond St.
- Council District 2 (inland) - North Clairemont Recreation Center, 4421 Bannock Ave.
- Council District 2 (coastal) - Robb Field Athletic Area, 2525 Bacon St.
- Council District 3 - Golden Hill Recreation Center, 2600 Golf Course Drive.
- Council District 4 - Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 570 S. 65th St.
- Council District 5 - Scripps Ranch Recreation Center, 11454 Blue Cypress Drive.
- Council District 6 - Standley Recreation Center, 3585 Governor Drive.
- Council District 7 - Allied Gardens Recreation Center, 5155 Greenbrier Ave.
