The OG Sandbox Organization hosted their annual Easter egg hunt and giveaway last Saturday morning at historical Mountain View Park.

The excitable youngsters were treated to goodie bags, popcorn, cotton candy, hotdogs, and colorful plastic eggs filled with treats.

The big hunt also included some golden eggs containing cash money.

“We were very concerned about the weather and thought about canceling and changing to another date.” OG Sandbox president Aaron Gibson shared. “However we’re able to pull it off and the kids really enjoyed it, you should have seen all the hugs I got today from the kids and parents, if we can bring some joy to some lives for a day that’s what’s up.”

Local residents were also invited to hang out with the sandbox crew, watch the festivities, and enjoy some of Pit-Master Darnell Meal’s tasty BBQ Hot Links.

Happy Easter from the OG Sandbox Organization!
