Most 10-year-old kids would prefer to spend their time at school or on the playground. But Cory Nieves isn’t like most kids. He’s a smart-dressing businessman who knows how to steer a company.

Nieves is well on his way to building a dessert empire and is already starting to enjoy the sweet taste of success. He is the CEO of Mr. Cory Cookies, a company that he has high hopes for and that he built from the ground up starting from when he was just 5 years old. He got into the business by selling hot cocoa, lemonade and cookies to passersby from a stand in Englewood, N.J.

Today, Mr. Cory Cookies can be found all over New Jersey and New York’s markets and events. He has even taken his pop-up store to a West Elm furniture store in upscale Chelsea.

His future plans? …Selling his cookies online.

The little guy knows how to sell his business. Asked what it was that made his cookies special, he replied, “They are made with love. They look scrumptious and they make your mouth water.”

Who could refuse such a treat … especially when it comes from a cute kid dressed to the nines? And that is another thing: Cory really knows how to dress for success. Testimonies to the fact are the 24,000 followers he has onInstagram where he showcases his sharp fashion sense.

“I love it because of the colors and the nice presentation,” Cory said about his chic style. And he does have a heightened fashion sense as his favorite brands and designers include J. Crew, Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford.

But that’s not all. Apart from dressing sharp and baking cookies with love, the 10-year-old dynamo is also an actor and child model. It is really not a coincidence that he was featured in a Pillsbury commercial in 2012.
