Three McDonald’s All Americans Chosen from San Diego

This past week, the official rosters for the McDonald’s All Americans game were announced, and 3 of the players reside here in San Diego. Foothills Christian High, and future UCLA Bruin Guard Jaylen Hands, Cathedral Catholic High, Center Brandon McCoy, Bishop’s High, and future USC Trojan guard, Destiny Littleton.

Jaylen Hands is a 5-star recruit point guard is averaging 31.8 Points, 7.0 rebounds, and 6.1 assist per game while shooting 42% from the 3 point line.

Brandon McCoy, who is still undecided on where he will be playing at in the fall is one of the best centers in the nation, standing at 7-foot tall and averaging 28 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 blocks per game.

Destiny Littleton adds McDonald’s All American to her already historic season. She broke the California all-time career scoring record just a few days ago, and she is having one of the all-time great seasons in California history averaging 50.1 points, and 11.3 rebounds per game.

The McDonald’s All American game will take place March 29th in Chicago, and will be aired on ESPN. Check your local listings for timing. Congrats to these young athletes and their success.
