obit-9-22Trisch Andritz Sewell was born April 19, 1966 in Garden Grove, California to the union of Gibson Sewell Jr. and Cecil Dell Sewell and passed away on August 29, 2016 in San Diego, California. She was from a God fearing family that dates back many generations, so she was baptized at an early age at the Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church in Scotlandville, Louisiana, by Pastor Edward M. White. Trisch had a deep love for God and His goodness. If you said “Hello Trisch, how are you, her response was, I am blessed, thank you Jesus.” Trisch graduated from Castle Park High School where she served as a cheerleader for four years, helping to cheer her school and classmates on to many victories. As a young child she always had an interest in making people beautiful. She attended the South Bay Beauty College where she obtained her cosmetology license. Trisch was a talented beautician for 32 years. She received several 1st place awards and medals while competing in cosmetology hair and fashion shows in San Diego, CA. Making her clients as beautiful as possible was extremely important to Trisch. Trisch leaves to cherish her memories, companion (Kenneth), mother, Cecil Dell Sewell, Chula Vista, CA; father, Gibson Sewell (Evelyn), LaPlace, LA; brother Juan Sewell (Emma) Chula Vista, CA; 4 daughters: Tanisha (Brandon); Britany, Breanna, Ruth, 3 nephews: Kellen, Kevin, Kenneth, 4 grandchildren: Brandon Jr., Mone, Andru, and Mia, 3 half-sisters: Nina Jones-Hudson (Parnell) Jena, LA; Gretchen Sewell, Washington, D.C: Reshia Johnson (Chavier) New Orleans, LA; 2 half-brothers, Corey Sewell LaPlace, LA; Alexander Sewell (Jessica), Virginia Beach, VA; She also leaves aunts: Martha White (Calvin) Highland, CA; Rose Elmore, Lakewood, CA; Rene Collins, Detroit, MI; Sharon Simmons, Orlando, FL; Uncle, Joseph Barnes (Sandra), Corona, CA; A host of cousins, friends and other relatives are also saddened by the bright light that was Trisch that has been removed from us. Rest peacefully in the arms of God. We love you God loves you more.
