The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement officers held a Regional Meeting this week in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Dr. John E. Warren was an invited speaker for a workshop on the use of Public Policy to Fight Unintended Legislative Consequences. The meeting was held at the Hard Rock Hotel with the Governor of the State as Keynote Speaker also attending.
