Loretta Smith

Loretta Smith was born on July 8, 1962 to the parents of Miles Hall Jr. of California and Josie Armstrong of Warren, Ohio. She is survived by her parents (Miles and Josie) and brothers: Tim Hall (Lorena Perez) of San Diego, California, Ronald Hall, Andre, Jermain, and Ouma Armstrong of Warren, Ohio and sister: Mary Williamson of Warren, Ohio and Fiance (Rufus West) of Vista, California and several surviving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews extending from Ohio to California.
Loretta was an extremely selfless and giving individual, always generous with others and went out of her way to help anyone she could. Loretta, we will truly miss you and your bright and beautiful smile! We know you are in heaven joining your brother Miles Hall Jr. 3rd and stepfather, Edward Armstrong Services were held Saturday, November 19. 20165 at Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary, Memory Chapel.
